The Heartwood Table

The Heartwood Table takes its name from the densest, darkest core of a mature tree the part that forms last, gives the most, and lasts the longest.

It shows in the surface. The walnut top carries a grain that no two tables share. Deep, warm, directional it runs the full length of the table in unbroken lines that speak to how old the tree was and how carefully the wood was chosen. This is not a veneer. This is not a print. This is the tree, cut true and finished by hand.

The form reinforces the intention. The top is trapezoidal wider at the head, narrowing toward the base creating a natural authority in the room. Whoever sits at the wide end leads. The table makes that clear without anyone having to say it. Below, the black geometric V-frame base provides the contrast the walnut deserves. Angular where the wood is organic. Cold where the wood is warm. Structural where the surface is natural.

The Heartwood is for the room where things are decided. Where conversations matter. Where the table itself should say something about the people who chose it.

Seats six to eight. Shown here with task chairs, available separately. Bespoke sizing available for larger spaces.
